What is the Turkey Bowl?

For all the new folks, the Turkey Bowl is a bit of a marketing tradition.

The Turkey Bowl is a four-team touch football tournament where the winner gets a paper mache turkey trophy (yes, it was built in-house and is falling apart, but could be the most coveted item in the building).

Participation is entirely optional, and you don't have to play to participate. Some of the most fun we have is coming up with team names and designing shirts.

The best part here is just having a reason to hang out with your VU Marketing family.

History of the Turkey Bowl

We started doing this in 2012 after a young Alex Blum said (with arms flailing and in your best Jerry Seinfeld voice), "We're all going to eat a ton tomorrow, so how about we play football the day before and feel less terrible about it."
